Tasia lives in sunny, Southern California with her husband Brian. They have three children and four grandchildren. Each child in the Larson family LOVED to be read to by an early age. Tasia’s love for children’s literature comes from her thirty-six years of teaching as an elementary and special education teacher. She brings her knowledge and creativity to her stories, making them not only charming , but fun to read. Her hope is that through her experience, she will create stories that put smiles on school aged children faces and get them to fall in love with reading

Kailey also lives in sunny, Southern California with her husband Aaron. They have two young daughters, Hanalei and Gwendolyn. Her girls are often the inspiration of her daily endeavors including her personalized business Dapper and Darling company where silhouette artistry is created into beautiful keepsakes that families can enjoy and treasure for years. Kailey’s knowledge of business allowed her to aid Tasia in the pursuit of her dream to write books that children loved to read. Together they formed Kalimera books and hope to help children and their parents share the enjoyment of book reading together.
